Shipping Policy
In India only, orders placed by 1:30 pm today containing all 'In Stock' items will ship from our warehouse today.
Freight charges can be estimated in your cart, except under certain conditions. You must enter your zip code or be logged in, to see your options for expediting delivery and the cost for each method. See our full Terms and Conditions.
In the event that we cannot provide shipping charges during checkout (for example items that are oversized, drop-shipped from the manufacturer, or shipping outside India.), final shipping charges will be added at the time the order ships. Orders that include drop-shipped items (i.e. chemicals) may be charged separate shipping and handling fees.
If a shipping method is not specified, we will determine the most expedient and efficient means of shipment. Appropriate charges (such as freight and insurance), provided by the various carriers used by Scienti FIX, will be added to your invoice. These charges are determined (at time of shipment) by-product plus packaging weight, overall package dimensions, and any other special shipping requirements. Your final shipping costs may differ.
Return & Cancellation Policy
All cases for refund or replacement will be processed in accordance with the below terms and conditions. Both Buyer and Supplier shall agree to these terms. However, in the event of false, frivolous or baseless complaints regarding the delivery or quality of the products, the Buyer will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Buyers are requested to ensure that the correct catalogue number and quantity is ordered. In case you have any doubts, please feel free to email us at info@scientifix.in.
You can cancel the order a maximum of 24 hours after the order is placed as long as the material is not shipped by the seller. To cancel the order, you will need to email us at support@scientifix.in stating the order ID. After your request, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order. The same will be notified to you by email. We will deduct a fee of 2.5% of the total order value before refunding the amount. Please note the refund process will take 7-10 working days.
Please note if you do not belong to any authorised institute/company or if you order by mistake, then Scienti FIX will cancel the order and deduct a fee of 2.5% of the total order amount before refunding the amount. We request you not to place an order if you are an individual ordering for personal purposes. We supply products only to companies/institutes and not for personal use.
