To report a product complaint about a Scienti FIX Product.

If you are registered for the Scienti FIX portal, please log in with your email address and password to access the Scienti FIX Customer Care Portal to submit a complaint.

If not registered, Customers, distributors and wholesalers in India who have an account with Scienti FIX can register for access here.

* Registration may take up to 24 hrs. If you need to report a complaint immediately, please contact us using the chat function or call 844-823-5432.

Things to Consider

 

To better facilitate our investigation, please include the following information in your reporting:

​

• Product Name and/or Catalog Number. 

• Lot Number or Serial Number.

• Any injuries and/or Harm?

• What is the issue you experienced?

• Is the actual sample or sample representative available?  (If possible, please send the affected sample). 

• Contact name and phone number.
